Educational Background: Mr. Bathla’s academic foundation is robust, featuring a Post Graduation in Management Studies from LEC-London and MBA Essentials from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His academic pursuits extended to participating in the first batch of the Education Leadership Programme at IIM Calcutta, enhancing his strategic vision and leadership skills alongside forty-five other distinguished heads of schools.
Professional Experiences: Initially a school master at The Doon School, Mr. Bathla’s approach integrates innovative management practices and behavioural economics, linking strategic, financial, and human elements to craft 21st-century learning curriculums. His tenure at The Doon School spanned a decade and was characterised by significant contributions to curriculum design and student engagement, laying the groundwork for his subsequent roles.
As the Founder Principal of Shri Ram Centennial School, Dehradun, he spearheaded initiatives to create a culture of excellence and innovation in schooling. His commitment to social entrepreneurship and community service is evidenced by his research and training with The Tata Institute of Social Science, aiming to integrate social entrepreneurship into school curriculums.
