Ms. Natascha Nandi leads the Junior School at The OASIS with a distinguished career spanning over twenty-three years in education. Specialising in teaching and counselling, she has made significant contributions to day, day-boarding, and residential schools affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, and Cambridge Assessment International Education.

Ms. Nandi has been instrumental in establishing systems for three reputed institutions, including The OASIS. Her extensive experience as a Housemistress, Round Square Representative, and Junior Headmistress has enhanced her capabilities in pastoral care and school administration.
